Ramadhan, A Holy Month for Moeslems
Ramadhan, a holy month for moeslems around the globe, is coming. It feels like only recently that I made this post about “Jadwal Puasa Ramadhan” while it was actually almost a year ago. Time is running so fast and I always feel like I can’t catch up with it
The only difference now I guess is I’m no longer working in the company I was working last year. At that time I was expecting a shift schedule changing. Now I guess I don’t expect anything as I don’t have anything to do everyday since I have been deciding to stay jobless for quite some time. Early retirement? Hope so. But I have to admit that I don’t have money to have some kind of early retirement
Maybe this year is gonna be my first time to spend Eid ul-Fitr together with my family. It had been almost 11 years that I’ve never spent Eid ul-Fitr together with them. Because it’s really annoying to go back home during fasting month and Eid ul-Fitr. Because I have to arrange the transportations so early to get the tickets or seats. So I have always came home outside fasting month or Eid ul-Fitr.
Well, I guess the important thing is not to come home. But to spend our time in this upcoming fasting month in a really religious way. Because you never know if you really can see Ramadhan again in another year. So to all moeslem brothers around the globe, I’d like to say Marhaban ya Ramadhan. Hope Allah will forgive our sin and save us all. Amin.
