Histats Down
If you use Histats counter on your blog/site you must’ve noticed that yesterday (Oct 30th) you got some errors on the counter. Some webmasters said they didn’t see any counter display at all, some others like me still had the counter running but it didn’t track the visitor properly. Well here’s the explanation from the Histats admin.
“histats today have had a problem with the CDN, once i’ve got informed that the issue was serious and long to fix i’ve setup some servers to replace cdn (content delivery network ndr. ) now things are up on new servers ( i don’t think to go back to cdn.. but will be fast and redoundant here too.. with new servers i’ve bougth..)”
He’s been repairing the problem almost a whole day. And finally now resolved. Hope it lasts and never encounter similar problem again. He predicted that all of the site owners or bloggers who use Histats lost their 20 hours traffic counter. Here’s his explanation.
“so at the end.. stats of today are lost (about 20 hours) and now we should be back as usual…
time 2 days i’ll remove the warning from homepage and stats – page but this post will remain.. please if you have questions, read this post and if you still have questions ask me here down 
”

If you’d like to ask a question please visit Histats forum. Hope he can answer it. Btw, looking at his name I think he’s Italian. Perhaps you could ask him if he also plays for any Italian Seria A/B/C club 
Whether he plays football or not, he’s been doing great work there providing free stats and counter for us

Yup, I’ve been using it for several months. It’s nice and it has many display options 
hihihi i just use blogstats, a fitur that already served by wordpress
