How to Sell a House in Global Crisis
It’s so difficult to sell a house in this global crisis. People loose their job. Banks collapsed. There’s not many buyer available. But there’s a trick on how to sell it. I just knew it from CNN news. So how it’s done?
There are people in Germany who tried to sell their house by making a quiz in the internet. One of the house priced at about $400.000. It’s expensive. But it’s eventually sold by making that quiz. The owner held a quiz with several selection steps to choose a winner. The winner will get the house.
The owner asked a registration fee for any interested people to join the quiz. I forget how much exactly was the fee but it was only about $20. Those people then entering the first round in the quiz. They have to answer some questions correctly in order for them to get into the next round. The successful participants then will be selected again to get into the next round after that. On and on, next round after another, until there’ll be only one participants left. That one participant will be the winner and get the house.
Many people interested to register to this quiz. Off course. I mean how else can we buy a $400.000 house with only $20. According to CNN the owner successfully collected the amount of money he expected from that quiz. Quite smart huh 
But there are some concerns if you’re interested to sell your house in this way. First, obviously it’ll take so much time and energy. Especially on designing a quiz which will attract many people to register. Second, you have to understand thoroughly the rules in your country. Like tax rule etc. Third, make sure you quiz will not turn into some kind of gambling activities. Instead of getting some money from selling your house, you might be ended in jail

Hi Jek… I’m only interested in making a quiz just to get some houses. Why i am saying that..because i’ve seen some people lost their job & they were in hurry selling their house with below standard prize…
So…please take a look it’s a big chance to make a lot of money & to have a good bussines…

well, I’m not agree with Mr Lie … since I’ll not stay in Batam forever … oh my god, when it will come true
If you able to buy those houses (even sold in lower prices) but Batam will not interesting city anymore because it will be collapse once many companies have shutting down

Wow that’s not ‘quite’ smart, that’s super smart. I also hear that in some states in the US people have been “bartering” houses, even swapping furniture within their neighbors. I didn’t realize the impact is “that” big there…
Mr Lie if they keep the house while they’re getting less income to pay the bills + the cost that the house makes, I think the wisest thing to do is to sell it and get another house which you can afford… at least until they survive from the crisis…

well, if you can’t sell the house, maybe you could just open your house for student to rent the rooms. Like here in Melbourne, that’s a HOT business!! Even though the houses location quite far from the campus, but they are always still fully occupied!!
